1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed on AMBER Beauty are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Important: Processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided for all orders eligible for tracking.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (free on orders over $59)

  • U.S. Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • 1-Business Day Shipping: 1 business day

  • Canada Shipping: 6–12 business days

These are estimates only. AMBER Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Delivered Packages

Once a carrier marks an order as Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • A “Delivered” status does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the shipping address, checking secure delivery locations, neighbors, or reception desks.

If a package appears lost or missing, AMBER Beauty will open an official carrier investigation, which may take 3–10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If an order has not arrived within 21 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), it may be classified as lost. Once confirmed, AMBER Beauty may offer:

  • Replacement shipment OR

  • Store credit

Refunds will be issued only in confirmed exceptional cases.


3. Returns & Eligibility

Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances or beauty products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances or beauty products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or limited-edition items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. AMBER Beauty will review and provide a resolution.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important: Refunds are only issued after verification and confirmation. Claims without proof may be denied.


5. Fraud Prevention & High-Value Orders

To protect customers and AMBER Beauty:

  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Repeated claims without supporting proof may be declined.

  • AMBER Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.


6. European Union Buyers

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, following the above conditions.
