Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened fragrances or beauty products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after inspection

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our brand, AMBER Beauty reserves the right to:

  • Require signature confirmation on high-value orders

  • Decline repeated claims that cannot be verified
